Rekdal holds a degree in philosophy and political science from Concordia College. He previously worked for The Carnegie Council for Ethics in International Affairs and Emetra, a Norwegian healthtech startup. He contributed to the book Toward Peace with Justice: One Hundred Years of the Carnegie Council.
